Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Everzen app. By using Everzen you agree to them.
1. The service
Everzen is a personal journaling app that turns your written or spoken memories into AI-generated illustrations. Personal journaling is free; collaboration, Everzen Wrapped, and unlimited illustration redos require an Everzen Premium subscription.
2. Your content
- You own everything you write and every image generated from your entries.
- Your diary is stored on your device. You are responsible for device backups; deleting the app deletes your entries.
- You grant us only the limited, transient right to process an entry's text or voice audio to generate its illustration or transcription. Nothing you write or say is stored on our servers.
3. AI-generated content
Illustrations are generated by a third-party AI model (Google Gemini). Output can be unpredictable; you're responsible for how you use and share generated images. The kindness filter reduces, but cannot guarantee the absence of, unexpected content.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Everzen to generate or share content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or harasses others; don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service or its API.
5. Subscriptions
Everzen Premium is a monthly (₹400/month) or annual (₹2,400/year) auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your store account settings.
6. Mood support is not medical care
Mood support offers gentle breathing exercises. It is not therapy, medical advice, or crisis support. If you are in distress, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Everzen is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of locally stored data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or discontinue features; material changes will be noted in the app. You can stop using Everzen at any time by deleting the app.
